Ngozi Onyinyechi Adighibe is a book publisher, author, and media professional with 14 years of professional work experience in the global media and communications industry. She co-founded Everbrighter Communications, a publishing and media relations company, founded on the core need for clarity in expressions. She manages the overall administrative organisation of the company, which includes content and policy development, stakeholder engagement, and the management of staff and resources to support effective decision-making and enhance operational activities.

After a successful tenure as the Communication Officer at the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion National Headquarters, Ngozi transitioned into her current role. In her previous role, she reported directly to the Primate, the head of the Anglican Church in Nigeria. She was instrumental in enhancing the Church’s internal and external communication activities nationally and globally. Her work with a team that managed the Church’s media and public relations outreach and communications programmes across all platforms (print, audio, visual and new media) was particularly noteworthy. She also spearheaded the rebranding and developing a new website for the Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion. She pioneered setting up, deploying and managing the social media handles and digital platforms of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion.

One of the significant milestones in Ngozi’s career at the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, was her appointment as the Secretary of the Advent Cable Network Nigeria (ACNN TV) Management Board. This role, which involved providing all forms of written communication from the board, including letters, emails, reports, and proposals, underscored her leadership and communication skills.

Ngozi possesses a Master of Arts Degree with specialisation in Integrated Global Communication from Kennesaw State University, Georgia, United States of America, where she graduated top of her class with a Distinction. While at the institution, she worked with several Professors at the University to develop special projects and conduct research for the purpose of writing articles and paper presentations to be published in international journals and delivered at global conferences. Her work as a Graduate Research Assistant also allowed her to serve as the Editor of Kennesaw State University (KSU) News Now, an online news platform that publishes the key news highlights and strides made by students in the University’s Journalism and Citizen Media program.

Ngozi served as a panellist at the 6th World Forum on China Studies, Shanghai, “China Goes Global Conference,” and Atlanta Symposium on ASIA-USA Partnership Opportunities (SAUPO), held in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America. These platforms, amongst other notable ones, helped her garner the requisite experience and exposure while studying for her Master’s Degree in Integrated Global Communication at Kennesaw State University. Thus, she offers extensive advisory services in global communication, providing insights on adapting to international cultures and environmental differences.

Following her undergraduate studies in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan in 2009, one of the major career roles she held post-graduation was working as a Newscaster and reporter at the Advent Cable Network Nigeria (ACNN TV). In this position, she was responsible for covering live events and activities related to the Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, providing voice-overs, creating detailed news reports, and editing them into a news format for broadcast on the ACNN TV news bulletin. She also produced key documentaries to mark special events in the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion Calendar.

Over the years of her practice as a management staff at the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion in the Directorate of Communications, she has garnered professional experience in Strategic Communications, Media report writing and reportage, Broadcasting, News casting, Research, Project Management, Leadership, Administration and Team Management.
