Ngozi Onyinyechi Adighibe (Nee Maduoma)
She is the Co-founder and Group Chief Executive of Everbrighter Communications. She is responsible for the general administrative organisation of the company, which entails content and policy development as well as stakeholder engagement and management of staff and resources for effective decision-making to enhance operational activities.
She supervises the key strategic focus areas of the business, which include media content development, proofreading, transcribing and publishing of intellectual property which includes books, journals, articles, scripts and other content as required and requested by the clientele.
She has more than a decade-long experience in the media content development and production of audio and visual content, having obtained her undergraduate degree in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan in 2009.
Having garnered requisite experience and exposure while studying for her Masters Degree in Integrated Global Communication at Kennesaw State University, Georgia, United States of America, she is also very vast in the field of offering advisory in the key areas of global communication which deals with adapting to international cultures and acclimatising to environmental differences.
Over the years of her practice as a management staff at the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion in the Directorate of Communications, she has garnered professional experience in Strategic Communications, Media report writing and reportage, Broadcasting, News casting, Research, Project Management, Leadership, Administration and Team Management.
